Our Philosophy
We didn't set out to just build a business — we set out to build something that actually means something. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that how you do something matters just as much as what you do. So we lead with love, because that shapes every decision, every interaction, and every detail.
Being driven is in our DNA. We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard, not out of perfectionism, but out of genuine pride in our craft and deep respect for the people who invite us into their homes and lives. Attention to detail isn't a checkbox for us; it's a love language.
We also believe that great work and good energy go hand in hand. We have fun, because joy is contagious and life is too short not to enjoy what you do. And we give generously — our time, our effort, our care because that's just who we are. Honesty ties it all together, because without trust, none of the rest of it matters.

Meet Emmy, Owner of Love, Em
This business was born from a genuine love for meaningful connection and the calm, joyful energy that a beautifully clean home can bring. What started as a one-woman operation has grown into a heart-led team with one shared mission: to make people feel truly at home.
We believe clean spaces change how people feel. So we don't just scrub and sanitize — we show up fully, laugh freely, give generously, and lead with love every single time. Integrity and good vibes aren't optional around here; they're the foundation.
And it doesn't stop at cleaning. Our concierge services are here to take the to-do list off your plate entirely-from grocery runs and errands to personal shopping, home organization, appointment scheduling, event planning, and discreet executive privacy support. Whatever life is throwing at you, we're here to help it flow a little smoother.
It's never just been about cleaning houses. It's about making people feel seen, supported, and completely at peace in their own space. This is who we are, and it's what we love to do.

Hannah
She/Her
Hannah is a Portland local who loves the nature that surrounds our city, from the rivers to the trails. When she's not cleaning, she's spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, or catching a concert.
With over a year of professional cleaning experience, Hannah's favorite room to tackle is the bathroom. There's nothing more rewarding to her than a fresh before and after. Her go to product is the Method wood cleaner, she loves the scent and shine it leaves behind.
Outside of work, Hannah is usually in the kitchen trying a new recipe.

Sabrina
She/Her
Sabrina is originally from Seattle, Washington. A former basketball player and track athlete, she brings that same drive to her work today.
With 12 years of professional cleaning experience, Sabrina's favorite room is the bathroom. She loves tackling grout, glass shower doors, and pet hair, and seeing the full transformation when she's done. Her go to tools are magic erasers and an unscented all purpose spray, simple and effective.
Outside of work, she's usually out hiking or catching up on reality TV and horror movies.

Kylee
She/Her
Kylee is an Oregon local who loves everything about the nature that surrounds our state. When she's not cleaning, you'll find her out on a hike, in the water, or hitting the slopes to ski.
With 3 years of professional cleaning experience, Kylee's favorite room to clean is the bathroom. She loves the transformation it goes through from start to finish. Her go to product is Dawn Power Wash, since it works on just about anything.
Outside of work, Kylee also loves to paint.

Katie
She/Her
Katie grew up in Bend, Oregon, and has loved the High Desert Museum since she was a kid.
Outside of cleaning, Katie is a performer and writer. She creates her own music and comedy, has competed in slam poetry, and is currently writing her first sci-fi fantasy novel.
With about a year of professional cleaning experience, Katie's favorite space is the living room. She loves getting a glimpse into a client's taste and culture along the way. Her go to products are the Pink Stuff and grout sticks, which she says make showers shine and grout sing.
For fun, Katie plays music, paints, cooks for the people she loves, and explores new terrain.

Bronwyn
She/Her
Bronwyn is a Portland local who loves how close everything is here, mountains, desert, beach, and city, all within reach.
Outside of cleaning, Bronwyn does fairy hair as a side gig. For fun, she's usually working on a jigsaw puzzle (she's a bit hooked) or spending time with her teenagers, when they let her.
Bronwyn is newer with a month of professional cleaning experience, and she's already found her favorite room: the bathroom. It's small, but she loves how much of a punch it packs once it's clean. Her go to tool is the vacuum. She loves watching everything disappear.

Nolan
He/Him
Nolan is from Southern California, where the beaches are his favorite part of home.
Outside of cleaning, Nolan is competitive by nature and loves playing volleyball. He's always up for a new experience too, whether it's traveling, exploring a new place, or picking up a new skill.
With over six years of professional cleaning experience, Nolan's favorite room to clean is the bathroom. He loves the before and after transformation, and there's nothing quite as satisfying to him as leaving a space feeling fresh and sanitized. His go to product is Dawn Power Wash, which he swears by for grease, soap scum, and just about any tough mess.
When he's off the clock, Nolan is watching reality TV (he's a big Survivor fan), traveling, and trying new foods.
