Deep house cleaning for new clients
Are you a new client to us? This is the cleaning for you! We like to make sure your home is up to ours and our clients standards before transitioning to a recurring cleaning.
All of our first-time clients start with an initial deep clean.
We do this to bring the house up to our meticulous cleaning standards and give you a wonderful fresh start with us!
Because these deep cleanings typically take 2-3 times longer than our recurring cleaning services they are scheduled as an all day job and include a second cleaner.
This initial deep cleaning is also the perfect time to request having our add-on cleaning tasks done, too, such as inside appliances, blinds or window cleaning.
Included in our Initial Deep Cleaning service:
Kitchen:
Vacuum all hard surfaced flooring
Mop all hardwoods and other hard surfaced flooring
Clean sink, faucets and all countertops and backsplashes
Cobweb removal
Clean all baseboards
Clean stove and burners
Clean inside and outside of exhaust hood
Clean microwave inside and out
Wipe down exterior of all cabinets and drawers
Dust light fixtures
Clean outside of oven
Clean outside of refrigerator
Bathrooms:
Vacuum all hard surfaced flooring
Mop all hardwoods and other hard surfaced flooring
Clean sink, faucets and all countertops and backsplashes
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
Clean inside and outside of all toilets, bathtubs, showers, (plus shower doors)
Clean exterior of exposed heat and fan registers
Wipe down exterior of all cabinets and drawers (clean inside if home is empty)
Cobweb removal
Clean all baseboards
Dust light fixtures
Rooms/Office/Closets:
Vacuum all carpets and hard surfaced flooring
Mop all hardwoods and other hard surfaced flooring (if applicable)
Cobweb removal
Clean ceiling fans
Clean all baseboards
General dusting of horizontal surfaces
Dust light fixtures
Laundry Rooms:
Vacuum and mop floors
Wipe down exterior of washer and dryer
Optional Add-Ons (for an additional cost):
Blind cleaning
Clean all interior windows and tracks
Clean inside and outside of oven and fridge
Wash Dishes
Clean inside washer and dryer
Our professional and vetted team of house cleaners brings their cleaning supplies and equipment, but if you have any specific products you prefer, we can use those as well.
