Pricing & Scheduling

  • If you’re a new client looking for recurring cleaning services, we’ll start with a “Renewal Clean” a deep clean that will make your home sparkling clean and ready for our team to maintain for you. We are competitive in our pricing. Reach out for an estimate.

    For recurring cleanings-those that are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and are ongoing.

    Our services:

  • Each home or office is different, with different needs. Generally, however, a good estimate is to clean an average size home (about 1,800 square-feet) requires approximately four total hours for a regular cleaning. Count on eight to ten hours for a deep cleaning (recommended if it has been awhile since your home had a deep clean).

  • We usually find that biweekly is the best fit for most clients and that's what we suggest everyone starts at. However, it can depend on a lot of factors. A home with small children or pets may find that weekly cleanings are needed. On the other hand, a home with a single adult may only need to be cleaned once a month.

  • We have a 50% rate of service fee for all cancellations within 48 hours or lock outs and a full rate of service within 24 hour cancellations or lock outs.

  • We proudly provide residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and concierge services throughout Portland, Oregon, and surrounding communities, including Oregon City, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Beaverton, Tigard, and nearby areas.

  • Yes! We proudly serve Portland and many surrounding communities, including Oregon City, West Linn, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, and nearby areas. If you're unsure whether you're within our service area, please reach out — we'd love to help.

  • Pricing depends on the size of your home and the services needed. Our minimum starting rates are $175 for standard or recurring cleaning, $285 for deep cleans, and $450 for move-out cleaning. Contact us for a personalized quote.

  • Our highly trained cleaning specialists are strongly vetted partners of Love, Em: The Art of  Cleaning. Our preference is to send the same team member every time so you build a relationship with your cleaner and they can better understand your home and preferences.

  • No - if you will not be home during your cleaning, we will plan with you to ensure we are able to access.

  • No need to stress — we're here to make things easy. Before your first appointment, we recommend picking up personal belongings and sharing any special instructions, priorities, or areas you'd like us to focus on. If you won't be home during your service, we'll coordinate access details ahead of time to ensure everything goes smoothly.

  • Your first cleaning is designed to create a fresh foundation and help us get to know your home and preferences. We'll focus on the agreed-upon service while paying close attention to the details that matter most to you. Our goal is to leave your home sparkling and establish a routine that makes future visits even more seamless.

  • Yes! We provide professional commercial cleaning services for offices, creative studios, beauty salons, spas, boutiques, law firms, clinics, and other client-facing businesses. Every cleaning plan is customized to the unique needs, schedule, and flow of your space. Contact us to schedule a walkthrough and receive a personalized quote.

  • Our deep cleaning service is designed to refresh your home from top to bottom. It includes detailed attention to kitchens, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, dusting, and high-touch areas, along with extra care in places that are often overlooked during routine cleanings. Deep cleans are recommended for first-time clients, seasonal refreshes, or homes that need a little extra love.

  • A deep clean focuses on bringing your home to a beautifully refreshed baseline with extra detail and attention throughout the space. Recurring cleaning services are designed to maintain that level of cleanliness through regular visits, whether weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Most recurring clients begin with a deep Renewal Clean before transitioning to ongoing maintenance.
